Oblivious driver continues texting, even as traffic cop tells her 'the light's turned green

A Western Australian driver was plainly so captivated in her cell phone she neglect to see a cop with his lights and sirens on, attempting to draw her overThe lady copped a $400 fine and three point the finger at communities for utilizing her telephone while driving at Subiaco.
