Brisbane police are investigating after one of their officers was recorded seeming to punch and knee a man while he was being held by another officer.The video, which was shot by Jacob Grady amidst a catch in Fortitude Valley on the weekend and presented on web arranging, and is recognized to have started after the man was thrown from a coterminous venue.
